You'll also need to re-hex the item to Spooky Joe, I believe there plenty of tutorials on GamaBanana for that.

I've found that does great for bakes.

But in this case as far as I was aware suggesting names was still open, and so therefore; why not?

Same applies to any hat that doesn't fall off the character upon death.

However I doubt it will be able to get in game, because it would be like putting Heavy's Ammo belt on Engineer, or Pyro's canister on Sniper.

I know why, it wasn't packaged properly. It says to go into c_items not c_models or something similar. Just put it in the correct folder and it's fine.
