why not make Heat Miser?
Topical to both Christmas and Pyro, and if you make it different enough looking it would be an interesting item (flaming hair and a jester outfit basically)
Mostly the flaming hair though.
Or make Heat Miser hair for Pyro and Snow Miser's for Spy and make a play-on the opposites against each other.

I passed a boater like the Misers' onto Constructor a couple weeks ago, with Heat Miser and Snow Miser in mind for the respective designs of RED and BLU. It's not a flat-out reference, it's more subtle while still keeping with the motif of red vs blue. :v:
