I just thought of a pyro item.
Pyro would have train tracks on pyros back with a rope tying it to pyro.
The metal part would be broken.

dun like the color and the noise, I think some kind of light creamy beige is your best bet. all the Christmas fuzz in game has been white creamy beige.
the mesh is way better though. the collar looks odd for some reason, can you bring the bottom part together somehow?
Added the whistle, and a little coal compartment. Anything else?

The fur is paintable, so color isn't a real issue.
I might make a set of vmt's with a more yellow though.
And I was thinking of merging the vert at the fur to make it almost buttoned up.

Well the cord for spy's earbuds goes into the the edge of his jacket and then cuts off, so no big difference

I am going to include a tan version, but I feel a brown fur item is really over due in tf2.
