here's something quick and easy that will save you 8 polies for absolutely no change in the shape. every little bit counts.

i dont really know how to do that :) that's why my models are not so low poly.

basically just remove those unnecessary verts on the straight line base of the hammer, it'll triangulate itself for you just fine since it's flat.

You could weld some vertices on the sickle itself.

there's a shitty little example I whipped up, I hope it helps, that's really all the detail that is needed as not much detail is needed at akk, if I had more time I could probably cut some more polies down, but this is just an example.

I like the new stomping sound effects, but yours lack variation.
If you listen to the original sounds they don't all sound exactly the same, they have variation in pitch.
I'd suggest if you have replaced multiple sound files with the same sound, vary the pitch on one or two of them every so slightly.
Also, I'm not entirely sure why you changed the music. I feel the original music choices fit much better.
Other than that it seems awesome. I mainly like the stomping though.

Dunno what kind of sickle you use but it's not flexible usually ^^

Well then get ready to protest. While I personally think it's awesome, I think robotic items are pretty much a no-go with Valve now that they've defined what TF2's robots look like. It would make no sense to have the robotic pyro of MvM in the same universe as that robot. Then again, a ton of items ingame make no sense canonically so there's a chance.
