Any chances of convincing him that the Ullapool Caber should use the "Kaboom" taunt as well. I know that I-ghost claims that he's "surrendering" or at least feigning surrender, but there's no fucking way that makes sense so long as he's holding a live grenade. It'd make more sense on a bottle of some sort...
Short Circuit could probably work with the Wrench's laughing taunt, too. Which ned has already pointed out :v:
Sharp Dresser might be workable with the Revolver taunt, much like the Spy-Cicle. I'm not entirely sure how it'd look, but it might be better than no taunt at all :v:

Reassigning the same taunt to a weapon that would make more sense with that animation is a terrible idea? The animation was made with a bottle in mind, why not give it to a bottle?

The caber's taunt has also always pissed me off. But I'm currently addressing no taunts or horrendous clipping. I totally agree with Psychopath on this, but I'm going to let sleeping dogs lie and not touch it.
I'll see how the Sharp Dresser handles. No promises.

because as of right now the only bottle besides the bottle is a reskin, and that would doom the taunt to always be harmless (despite looking ridiculous being such), while with the Caber if you didn't know it was suppose to be a bottle taunt the only problem you'd notice was that it didn't taunt kill.

With the Caber, it still looks like he's offering a [i]live grenade[/i] to someone. The animation makes absolutely zero sense for what many people believe should be the Demoman's equivalent of the Kamikaze taunt (which wouldn't even make sense if you were to try to trigger it after the thing's already been detonated).
Of the taunts available, it seemingly [i]looks[/i] the most fitting because it's unused for anything else and he's not trying to drink from it. Hell, it might even look fine with the Sticky Launcher or Scottish Resistance taunt. The Sco Res would probably be the better of those two options simply due to the grief-prone nature of the Caber.

Okay, so everything I suggested in that initial post has been done, sans Pyro's modifications (which are now lolichop) and the suggestions by ned have been done.
The Assassin blade does not work because it floats out in the air in front of the hand (it's weapon bone positioning is really weird). There's no taunt at all it is going to work with.
Aside from that, I will admit I dislike the spy-cicle's current taunt, but will leave it alone like the caber's taunt. Otherwise, that just leaves Sniper. I didn't bring him up earlier because of his limitation of animations to choose from. Currently the challenges are finding an animation to give to Jarate and a way to address staff and long weapons because of how awkwardly he holds them and their positioning.

I'd only say change/remove the taunt, just for the simple fact that it [b]really[/b] looks like it would taunt kill, but it doesn't, and that I have high doubts about Valve even adding a taunt kill ability for it.

I would love for it to have a unique taunt. Just the fact that the current animation is clearly not intended for it really irks me.
I can suspensions of disbelief when you can shoot a rocket at your feet and fly into the air, use compressed propane gas in order to extinguish flames and redirect rocket-propelled grenades, teleportation and healing technologies, but the animations for all of those unbelievable things are at least believable for what they are intended to be for.
