eGo are so incredibly horrendous in terms of a community, calling yourselves "mature", but then banning any form of swearing? Get out. You let any morons who knows how to snitch on other users gain admin rights on ALL of your servers, considering most of your userbase is pre-pubescent, that means a LOT of your "members" are admin. Most of which are fucking idiots who don't know how to ban correctly, and have banned players for their character swearing in the past.
If I remember correctly, the owner is a 40-something basement dweller, or at least, he gives me that image, who else would want to be surrounded by kids who can't swear because mummy would be the living shit out of them. At least it filters most of them from GOOD servers.
Anyone in my friends list who joins eGo gets blocked out of sheer simplicity, if they want to join a shitty clan to be cool, go ahead, but I would rather not be affiliated with them.

Protip: Don't join a clan unless you actually start knowing the people there/ become a (overly) regular player on their servers. Most clans are run by fucking idiots who pervert the idea of clans more than competitive gaming has already.

Just don't join clans. There really is no point in joining one unless it something like an MMO (ex. APB). I was in two clans before, and both ended up being ripped inside out by constant fighting between the members, admins, and owners. And if you honestly think about it, what does being in a clan give you? Eventually server admin? It's a waste of time, you'd have more fun just getting friends together and joining a server with them or just server hopping to different servers. No people to worry about, not your server, not your problem, just having fun without needing to run a clan.

actually that is the other reason i joined, i became real close to 3 people who were all admins on the server, and honestly there good steam friends.
ps: any one who wants to play tf2 with me add me, im leaving EGO since i understand and realize why you hate them so much
