When I startled upon some eGo servers a long while ago I decided to check them out. Got headshotted by one of their members (an admin i guess), and I said "Damn you. :v:" to him.

I used to be an eGO member about a year and a half ago, and I can confirm that 90% of the stories here are true, or at least, based on truth, I've seen people banned for all of these reasons.
That and at least 70% of the clan is made up of 40something men from deep south US that are borderline pedophiles, I wish I was exaggerating, I've seen some messed up shit in their sprays and forums.

Perhaps I misunderstood your intentions. Your language in your reply, however, was at best insulting. If that was not your intention either, then you have my apologies.
@Velguador While I get the distinct feeling that you won't believe me when I say this, that birthdate was randomly filled data. Facepunch requires you to enter your date of birth in order to meet federal COPPA guidelines. I typically enter random data in any of those fields on any forum I sign up to. The forum has no need to know my true age.
In any respect, it's not about "growing the hell up". I have grown up. I'm married. I have kids. I have a house. I have a job. In fact, some of my employees' language would make a sailor blush. It's not about being offended by foul language or immature sprays. It's about finding a place to play free of annoying idiots who still find fart jokes funny. So far eGO comes the closest, despite the claims that many of you guys make about your experiences there.
But again, if somebody could point me towards other servers that might appeal to me -- without attempting to insult me or flame me -- I'm all ears.

My dad plays Edge Gamers Insurgency 24/7 dust server. They're reasonable just don't curse. Even if the source engine is rated M they don't like the possibility of little people watching

No Heroes is pretty fun... pretty much friends with half the admins and regulars of the Payload Extreme server. It's a great community, but the only disappointing part is the team-stacking that sometimes goes on on some of the servers.
Nonetheless, great community and plenty of server choices with variety.
