Blutsauger and syringe gun are both equally good, just for different playing styles/situations. Combat medic = blutsauger, Supportive medic = Syringe gun (because of the higher health regen). The regular syringe gun can also be used by combat medics as well, but the Blutsauger is good in different situations (like in arena, it's probably a better choice). Medic is one of the only classes that's balanced perfectly, you can't say the Blutsauger is better or worse, just different.
