The Loadout thread, as far as I know, was designed to show off YOUR OWN favorite loadouts. Not to complain about how the theme of the loadout is all wrong and how you're a bad person for doing so.
the only thing about the buds that irks me is that they're so damn hard to get ahold of, yet strangely everyone seems to have 2 of them. they're like the tf2 rich person's version of the ellis cap.

It doesn't glow, but I'm pretty sure the Buff Banner can make the Mangler mini-crit.
