The method which doesn't require you to disconnect and reconnect your internet for each and every item is done by binding a key to 'loadout quickswitch' in the keyboard options menu, equipping one misc in your misc2 slot, going in-game, holding down the loadout quickswitch key then pressing 7 to go to the misc1 slot menu, then selecting the misc which conflicts with it.

Enable Quick witch loadout through options
go to a server (offline or not doesn't matter)
press whatever key is set to quick switch
press 5/6 (5 for hats 6 for misc and so on)
equip whatever you want.
Enjoy your neat new combo

Means you don't have to join a server and it takes like, a few seconds.

I still don't like it, the Outback Intelletual conflicts with the rest of your set. I'd keep the TB and the Koala and leave a misc slot empty.

I know hatless hat( for scout, engi, sniper) doesnt have unsual quality, but i think dome shine would look better than burning ten gallon.

With the gangster set-up yes... otherwise no, really, I think completely bald Engie looks fucking horrible. Not just because it's hatless, I still like hatless Sniper and Scout, simply because he just doesn't look good completely bald without his helmet.
