It's not TERRIBLE.
Personally, I love the glowey robo-goggles, so I'd replace the Speks with something that doesn't cover the eyes.
The Scarf I could really go either way on, it's not terrible looking and it's not brilliant either, it's just okay.

I think the Koala Compact shines in a ''traveller'' Sniper's loadout, I'd suggest then to either remove it or the Outback Intelletual.

This is the Pyro look I went for. Wish I hadn't gotten rid of my Sight for Sore Eyes though, I enjoyed how it looked it with the Last Breath and Flamenco
Changed out the outback intellect for the champ stamp instead. fills the slot up, not obvious and suits.
