Bootlegger gives the health back lost by the Eyelander, which allows for more stickyjumping, and a regular launcher to remain a powerful threat at longer ranges.
With four heads you wind up with 230 health, running around as fast as a Scout and leaving traps everywhere like a deranged easter bunny on a caffeine high.
