Well I'll be (hopefully if I can afford it) the new King Cape when it comes out so I can be a true Demo-King. I'll post pics if I get the cape.

I was thinking of going for Turban + Beard + Bombs, but I felt that would be too offensive. Plus, I've always wanted to give Demoman a red-beard, due to his Scottish heritage.
I was also going to go with one of the other two pirate hats, but since Neo and I are friends, I went and purchased his.

The Marxmen is my favorite glasses misc ever and was crafted by a very close friend of mine.

I was looking for the same items for my Demoknight loadout but at the moment, I haven't got much stuff to trade.
Anyway, I think that giving to the Demoman a red-beard is like destroying all the work Valve put into the Demoman's concept to differentiate him from having a stereotypically Scottish appearance. But y'know, that's a personal opinion.

Idunno. I think the FDU fits very nicely with the Soldier's uniform.
I mean, it's not like the Kabuto, or Menpo really match with his default uniform in the first place.
