The inspiration for the Brundle Bundle was the Fly, where an engineer creates a machine that would transport him from one place to another, but becomes a Fly in the process.

Is not the fact he wear silly hats, what people don't like about those kinds of hats and misc is they are overused as fuck, like the "patch the demo left side of the hat".

Plus is always welcome to have more serious hats.

The Robot set for the Soldier? Mummy for the Scout? Werewolf for the Demoman?
The rest of the sets all seem to make sense, in a way.

Scout - Mummy's were usually just dead pharaohs. And they've been known to be very egotistical. Just look at their tombs.
Soldier - He's insane and homeless, he ain't thinking right.

this is probably my favorite scout loadout ive done. the hat was VERY cheap (3 buds.)
the effect pops out very nicely and compliments the misc items imo. i think the bombing run looks great on this outfit.

I personally use the towering and whiskers, except grey.

Grey whiskers really match with the modest's color

IMO, Shanter only looks good if it's unpainted, orange, light pink, or indubitably green.

The demoman being a werewolf is actually a reference to An American Werewolf in London. The first werewolf in the film, and possibly all werewolves, is from the Scottish moors. Still not sure if the other too are actual references. Also if you havent seen american werewolf in london you should, the transformation is a wonder to behold.

Soldier as a robot is probably less about Soldier's character and more about dropping hints about MVM. I mean, robots taking American jobs; the mercs aren't needed to do their jobs because of the robots for instance.

From what I've heard it's been speculated that Decoy wasn't orginally themed the way it currently is. Because of that I'm guessing the whole "soldier saw it coming" thing was made up post Halloween, but that's just my opinion on the whole thing.
