They only appear on maps where people have made an env_map for their map.
So custom maps usually won't have it, only stock maps

With the 'Raunchy' in the hat name and the - um - pop cultural connotations of chaps, you could get a Triad Trinket and go for a 'gay cowboy' theme instead.
Also, kudos for the Massed Flies. It's the only decent unusual effect, IMO.

48 keys. I think that's slightly less than 2 buds.
Had to trade in a bunch of things, like 2 big kills, essential accessories, some promo items, and a few regular hats to get the keys.
I posted this in the general and got ignored, but what are your thoughts on the Spy-Cicle?
Apart from the horrible name, I found it really suits my playstyle as Spy, and I'm having fun getting back into playing Spy using this weapon.
On a side note, I renamed mine "The Cold Reception". With the description "ice to meet you."
I'll post the rest of my Spy loadout later, I quite like the look of it.

Nah, I tried the trinket on Engie already. It's hardly noticeable aside from the chains, and it doesn't really fit him as well as it does on the other classes. It works wonders on Heavy though
