I've done some compromising...
The boots really didn't make an excellent combo with the pants, since the pants made them very hard to notice. I also still really liked my old loadout, so I didn't want to get rid of it completely.

I also like the model of the piece of hay this one guy made that the engineer would have in his mouth, but it never got accepted.

Why thank you. The problem is that the Cape covers the Mark of the Saint. But then again, the badge being hidden under the cape and being partially visible has quite a cool effect.
I personally don't like it in purple since the cape doesn't have paint-ability and thus there's no other item to match with the Hallmark. So I prefer it in teamcolored paints.

It's by itself a neat color for the hallmark, but I just don't think it goes well with the cape due to it not being paint-able.

Well, I think it looks quite nice together. And I don't understand one thing: When I showed my Public Enemy Scout, people said some items should have different colours, so that it builds a contrast. Why do people say this doesn't look as good? I'll keep my Hallmark that way (and this is in no way a rant, I'm just wondering why stuff like Fast Learners should be painted differently than the rest of the items, while this should be Team Spirit/Default Colour).

The public enemy scout would look better in cosmetics that didn't all have matching colors, because people rarely dress in clothes that all have the exact same color.
