Typically suave? I'd say the first one is a stereotypical French policeman, the second one a self-obsessed beatnik, the third one a humourless and slightly awkward gentleman and the fourth one a giant sleazebag. I guess I could have tried to come up with something more criminal-looking (Cosa Nostra Cap + Business Casual?), but I really don't think there's any way to make a good loadout on the 'omfgbadass cyborg assassin' theme, for the simple reason that I consider that theme pathetically out of place in the context of TF2.
I kind of suspect that a fair amount of the dumbvotes come from people who think the same thing.

why do you need an unusual? i think the soldier loadout you have now looks fine, you shouldn't want an unusual just for the sake of having an unusual, i only really like unusuals if they fit with the set, e.g. a fireman pyro with the fire effect on the hat.
