For the Scout I wanted to give him the look of a Triad newbie, hence the Trinket, the Trilby, and make him run away after his first heist (The Duffel).
Plus, I prefer the Trilby over the Fed Fighting Fedora, gives the idea that the Scout is just entering the mob and hasn't fought against the feds yet.
The Spy is rather obvious after I saw the Total War promo, wanted to make him a high french class of old times.
Let alone that it is wonderful alongside the Sharp Dresser.
And I am one of the few TF2 players that loves the Conquistador; since it is a hat worn by Spanish conquistadors, the first thing that came to mind was The Ingenious Gentleman(nne of Leisure) Don Quixote of La Mancha and, like the Soldier, both are delusional (Soldier was so willing to participate in the World War 2, that he went on his own to live up that on his Nazi killing spree... way more than he should; Don Quixote was so obsessed with the chivalry and medieval novels that he wanted to live those times again while everyone else has moved on), both made up their own stories (Soldier crossed up the Noah's Ark on Meet the Soldier and his own war adventures), his own medals (The Atomic Accolade, as in the Soldier believes this a war medal, when in reality I see it just as a School Project prize medal), and own weapons (The Captain's Cocktails).
The other alternative as a Misc for him would be the All Father, as the common media represents Don Quixote with a long beard...
