The hat for demo is what ties it together, the centerpiece which the rest of the loadout is modeled after.
As for the shades on spy, I don't like seeing his eyes. They disturb me.
Alright. When we hit the page of 145 we'll have a vote on what loadouts to add to OP, those would be 'the bestest' and will be loved forever in current and next OP.
Something else that would be added is that glitch where you can add items that conflict with eachother.
Could anyone send me that?

Front Runner, Fast Learner and TS Essential Accessories. That's the most clean and ellegant scout loudout, IMHO - it's not cheap, but I guess it's one of the best.

Uhh, you are aware that they added a TRACK JACKET misc for scout? That would fit the Front Runner much better than FL.

My original intention was to use the Spats too, but I suffer the same problem as in with the All Father: it's too expensive for me at the moment.
With the Spats, it gave to me a vibe as in the Spy is enjoying an opera or a political meeting, heading to the balcony to eliminate someone with greater power in order to get extra power.
While mine with the Phantom is like an undercover agent in some fancy party.

Thematically, yes, but it is not as clean, IMHO. But it looks quite nice too, I agree.
