Looks like you are fond of a simple vibe looking at your Scout and Pyro. I'd say remove the beards and they should follow suit.
If you don't want to remove the beard on Demo, you could always use the Tricorne instead of the Bonnet since you already use the Brimstone and Bottle.

Gah I just seem to have this OCD which compels me to fill every cosmetic slot with something. :S Also, thanks for the suggestions! I think my Demo looks better without the Brimstone now and my Soldier is still, meh.

I think the soldier looks great, god i love the shako, I need to get me one
Maybe paint the FDU gold so it sands out more, And the wiff off the old brimstone are to subtle, maybe the Ordainment armaments would be in taste

Use the broken style for the pyro brain and the alien swarm parasite.
Trust me it looks pretty cool. Dirt cheap stuff can be good when you know who to mix them.
