If I remember correctly, the only thing that was previously restricted was the Bat Outta Hell. The Coffin Kit and Bonedolier were always unrestricted.

Yes, I'd think so. You can use Source Filmmaker's model viewer to also equip multiple models, only thing is I think you have to edit the paint value by editing the VMT. Might be wrong, not that experienced with Source Filmmaker.

Please, don't use buds, you'll be full trader bling, it's awful. I like the Champ Stamp with the Bill's, but I'd suggest swapping the Essential Accessories for the Teufort Tooth Kickers. Badass boots would go better with a tattooed, beret wearing badass, not high socks and sweat bands.
