Out of all the hats, I have to say that the spine chilling skull is one of my favorites just because its so versatile. Its a shame the default texture and positioning are so terrible.

Not a huge fan of the stats, but I just love the design of the weapon. Might be my favorite weapon in the game design wise. Also love the Bargain, been using it before they buffed it to only 1 head lost per miss.
