That's barely more detailed, all that changed is the grunge on the skulls. The Flamenco and the Tavish DeGroot Experience just suffer from being awfully textured and modeled hats in general, they're just flat colours on a shoddy model. They're great in concept, but with rather poor execution. Wish they'd been made better, no offense to the creators.

Actually the Flamenco and Tavish Degroot Experience both suffered, along with a majority of other items, from the great Manniversary crappening, which caused the items to have the dull paint texture. Just compare the Swagman's Swatter with it's backpack icon, it's offensive what they did to those hats.

Trophy Belt with team spirit, owl in default style, Villain's Veil. Alternatively: Trophy belt painted whatever you want with other things that look good, it's the only sniper specific hat I like.
