I say choose the Spats, they look incredibly dashing, maybe slap some Team Coloured paint. Waterlogged Lab Coat looks really great with them, or you can go without paint.

Definitely the spats. It's too bad that no misc can get the same color as the fez except Dr. Whoa, but a fez and a bowtie don't go well together.
