Distinctive Lack of Hue* Prussian Pickelhaube(orbiting fire it that matters) + Foppish Physician. What should I add as second misc?
My current ideas are:
-Medimask, painted either Balaclavas, Black or After Eight, to achieve a Steampunkish feel (zing)
-Nine Pipe Problem, for that awesome General style (friendly)
-Blighted Beak (either standard, or TS/Orange/Green with the second style) as some sort of macabre pre-victorian Stormtrooper (after I watched 'Bad Medicine', the Blighted Beak became even more awesome for me) (winner)
-Some generic, clean misc, like Archimedes or Procedure Mask. (informative)
I myself love the Steampunk theme, and the Nine Pipes Problem is one of the most stylish items in game... but the Beak seems to fit quite well with both the Pickelhaube (Prussian Stormtrooper), the Effect(glowing red eyes) and the Foppish Physician (ball mask).
No pictures for now, as I don't have the miscs =/
[SUP]*Even if Lack of Hue is an atrocity to TF2 colourscheme, real Pickelhaubes were, indeed, overly shiny and black, so it fits quite well. I must say the contrast between the orbiting fire and the dark colour is also quite ellegant.[/SUP]

Another attempt at a pyro loadout

Point and shoot - I think that this is the best pyro hat, why? The silhouette is large and does not clip into any of the miscs, The color is perfect because the color of the pyro's suit starts with a very dark-red and gets brigther the further up you go, so having a very bright red hat on top is great. Also the orange part of it goes well with the rest of the orange items.
Scrap Pack (Orange) - The default backpack had to be exchanged due to it's colors and limitation. The only viable Backpacks would be the moonman backpack or the scrap pack. Since the moonman backpack theme doesn't go well with the theme of point and shoot I had to choose the Scrap pack, but why orange? Becuase parts of the scrap pack's blades are naturally orange so I needed something else to go with that.
Ornament Armament (Orange) - These were the only miscs replacing his smoke bombs that could get the same orange color as the scrap pack, well these and the new ducklings misc but the theme on Ornament armament is more sublte than the ducklings
