I would pick a different hat over the Bill's Hat for this, but I really like the Black Dr. Whoa + Spats combo.

I think that's one of the best uses of the Bill's that I've seen. Using a military beret with a bowtie and spats may not make a lot of sense theme-wise, but on a purely visual level I think it looks really smooth.

honestly I still with I had my Bill's hat, it's my favorite hat for the Engineer when painted TS.
But yeah, I'm still with Toten on this one. I'd rather look good and look like everyone else then spend a few hours trying to make cheaper items look good together by painting them and just end up looking pretty bad.
