I for one don't thinkg Whoopee fits with fast learner (In my head Whoopee is a burger king hat, and fast learner, well you know that part :v:)

To be fair both the fast learner and the tosslecap have potential to entirely alter the scout's main colours when looking at the edges of him, so I'm trying to keep them the same team colour. Still, i would've liked to have the fast learner painted as the darker shade on the tosslep, but I didn't know what it was and the value of teamwork was well-fitting so I stuck with that.
