you can do this with all burst-damage classes
and in most cases it won't work
It's more effective than you think, but still, I can't imagine that guy getting over 8500 kills this way.
I can only see that being effective if you JUST so happen to hit the player and JUST so happen to hit them in a fashion that brings them toward you.

Speaking of stranges, I really wish they made it so it recorded kills differently.
1000 kills might seem impressive, but how are we meant to take this information? Maybe they've had that rocket launcher all year and they barely play. Maybe they farmed for a bit, then stopped and leveled it legitimately.
I dunno, I'd like a Strange weapon that reset every round while recording my highest kill counts. Or one that resets every week and does the same.
Or a part that shows kills per round.
Or a line that shows how long you've had it.
Kinda like the "Join" date on the medals.
