Congratulations, I don't think it's at all possible to concoct a douchier loadout for the Scout than that! I especially love the insanely retarded names, farmed Scattergun to have a pleasing number to be shown off in trade servers, the reference to a really stupid video, and the melee that deserves to win awards for its crassness!
All it needs is a conscientious objector with a picture or a Pony ass with the word "PLOT" superimposed over it and you'd have the perfect look!

I may be completely wrong here, but this is the picture I get of you and your relationship to the art of loadout-making:
Apart from your affinity for that oversaturated damn black paint, you have a decent sense of color composition, and most of your loadouts use pleasant palettes. You're also clearly choosing items based on your own judgement rather than what other people (be it earbuds-wearing traders or Couvre Corner-wearing hipsters like I) think you should wear, which is good.
The flipside of this is that you place way too much confidence in your own sensibilites. It seems to me that you think your way of considering loadouts is the only right one, and that people who make loadouts you dislike do so because they're worse than you at it. You therefore consider those loadouts objectively dumb, and rate them that because you think people need your expertise to guide them right.
The thing is, people can have different aesthetic sensibilities. for example, I personally really dislike your blatant disregard for the setting of TF2; It saddens me to see cyberpunk Scouts and magician Pyros running around in that once so visually brilliant stylized industrial 60s landscape. I don't feel a need to rate all your loadouts dumb, however, because I know that this is a personal peeve of mine and a lot of people don't give a shit about that setting.
You should of course still feel free to express your opinion - the purpose of this thread is after all to exchange criticism on each others' loadouts - but don't view yourself as the be-all and end-all of opinions about virtual hats. And stop giving boxes to 80% of everything everyone posts. Please.
