Nah, but seriously, Drab Tincture is a good color if used on the correct items. I'd like to use more of it, but right now I am obsessed with the Balaclavas are Forever paint which costs a limb just for one flippin' can.

That pyro loadout made me think about having a Cockfighter and a Foster's Facade painted in the same color, the result might look pretty cool. Too bad Foster's has it's paint screwed up, well crap.

Spy - Looks sharp, good job.
Scout - I like that you tried to incorporate his headset by using what must be cream spirit i presume. You got a nice spread of his white color (head, wrist, feet) but to me it feels like it's too much stuff going on above his waist.
Soldier - all the items fits nicely together. The only thing that really bothers me is the choice of color.
Pyro - This one feels a bit all over the place, the hat needs to be painted, either white or red. I think a tie would be more fitting than a tuxxy. If you decide to paint the hat red you can lose the hazmat too.
Demoman - Needs to be worked on some more. Repainted the hat and a second misc could be the Bearded Bombardier perhaps.
Heavy - Replace the sandvich safe with champ stamp since you went for that look anyways. Not sure if I like the color of the hair, either go with unpainted or cream spirit.
Engineer - I would remove the tooth kickers, they don't go well with the Texas Half-Pants. Maybe go with some Prairie Heel Biters or a Wingstick. It's too bad that the pants clips with his pocket.
Medic - Get a vintage Tyrolean, nuf said.
Sniper - One of the few loadouts that looks good with the outback intellectual. I would actually replace the koala with some custom flairs because I don't think it contributes much to the loadout.
A lot of work left but still giving you an artistic for the nice looking spy.
