Tried doing an Ork Warboss loadout for the heavy.I think it worked out preety nicely!

I think they're good concepts badly executed. They're all good ideas for hats... it's just that all of them have something that worsens their quality.
Most of them are very low poly, this is especially noticable on the brims on most of his hats and the flowers on the old lady hat. The texture color on a lot of them looks a bit off. Some of the shapes feel too unnatural, like the dents on the godzilla and buckaroo. Also the hat placement on many of the classes look off, usually resting too high up, this is especially true for the byckaroo and the sniper hat.

We can see that even if the Gonzilla is paited in Debonair it's not really matching the color of his pants as perfect as the Tyrolean, asuming that's what you were going for.

This looks pretty good color-wise but I don't see the need for the towel. I suggest replacing it with a photo badge and make it look like an ID card or something.

I wasn't really going for the paint to match Medic's pants. In my opinion, I think Debonair is a nice paint for "fancy" hats.
As for the hat itself, it's smaller and neater than the Tyrolean if you'd ask me.

I was in a rush crafting, the unusual was on the row above the craft hat, I just clciked the unusual thinking it was a Demo crown and pressed craft before reacting
I have nothing against promos, per se, but the Max Head and Earbuds look awful.

my only real issue with max head is that it's the purest example of character/promo insertion
it's not something the character wears. or something from that universe. it's pretty much an exact ported model.
there's also that you're wearing the severed head of a rabbit

I think it only works with pyro because he would think its a real live rabbit sitting on his head instead of just the severed head.

Print Screen and put in Paint program works kinda shitty i want to photo my loadouts and upload tho..
Like there is people which makes all 9 loadouts in one photo anyone can help me?

I can't hit the agree button more hard.
I hate the Max head just because is a very, [b]VERY[/b] lazy promo. Look at the killing floor promos, they are the perfect example of how to make a great promo item and being faithful to the source material.

Allright these is my loadouts im not planing to change some of them but if i see better loadout i will try to improve tho cuz i really like the current ones

YWN+Triad+Villain
or
Kringle+All father+Point and shoot(Imo bad ass soldier wizard)
or
L'Inspecteur+Disguished Rogue+Photo badge (with police or something this set makes your spy look like french cop or something..)
And more of them...

I still like it, generic Items or not. Cashed in the Jefe and Flipflops for more items for other classes, which where probably summer shades + Manco. Cap at the time.
I neglected other classes to make my scout look nice.
Perhaps I can have him once again in the future, I really did like this.

They should've used Sam's Hat instead. A promo, but instead of strangely donning a character head on top of yours, you wear a hat.
This would've worked on so many levels.
