I am really dazzled by your heavy. I've only seen people using the champ stamps as bikers references, but using them with that hat is very clever. The others aren't that bad except that the seem dull and obvious.
I think the best loadouts are the one that retain the spirit of the original designs, that are subtle and look like something they'd actually wear. A lot of people like loadouts that match a theme, but my favorites are the ones that fit the character.
On a side note, this makes a good Demo loadout very hard.
I think the best loadout is the one that would make the TF2 team at time of release rip their eyes out the most.

Okay, i'm gonna be honest, the scout is painful to look at, but the soldier is pretty nice.
The pyro is awesome too, has a fitting theme, not so sure about the demoman, maybe try something else instead of the beard/paint the beard/try the other style.
The black on the duty rag kinda ruins this loadout for me since i see what you were going for, you should try another paint (like one that kinda fits the purity fist), the engineer. . . i think you should change the hat, it doesnt really fit in such a loadout (maybe try the style without helmet?)
The medic could use some work, i don't know why but it seems strange to me. The sniper loadout might look like a "richfag trader loadout" to some people but i actually like it.
The spy, why, just, why.
You said you had the french cop loadout before, why didn't you keep it? It would fit more than this loadout.

I like the theme you got with the scout.
A photo badge with "Hi Im the Scout" could do the trick as fast food cashier.

One thing I don't like in loadouts so much that a lot of people seem to is making classes, well, classy. The spy's really the only remotely classy of the bunch, I kind of feel like being "classy" is just one of those internet things that everyone likes but take it to an extreme half jokingly (like bacon, and Neil Tyson)
