It'll be tough finding miscs that match the Tuxxy, since not every class has a fancy item.
Ones that I think work well are the:
Muttonchops
Bearded Bombadier
Brainiac Hairpiece (though, it clips with your two unusuals)
Nine-Pipe Problem or Couvre Corner
Outback Intellectual
and, Spats or the Made Man.

Just bought that Pyrobotics pack for 1.66 Refined. Still don't know a good idea for a Pyro Hat to match my Haz-Mat Headcase, though.
EDIT: Before anyone calls me a n00b for using the Backburner, I only use it as its a custom Pyro flamethrower with effects that doesn't nerf the damage. I've got a Strange Part: Allies Extinguished part on there that I got a week or so ago that's almost at 60.

Quick switch menu doesn't have equip regions restrictions.

It involves the quickswitch. Equip whatever misc you want into Misc Slot 2, open the quickswitch menu, press 7 (maybe it was 6 or 8, not sure) to get access to the first loadout slot and equip whatever item you want there.

Though I substituted the Moonman Backpack from the Pyrobotics Pack. It just looks a lot nicer.
