I know I've said this before, but if you want a journalist Pyro, you should swap the Hazmat for a Photo Badge.

Just a little nitpick, but I don't think the Medic will find much success trying to cut deli meats with a frying pan

Well sure it might look nice, but it wouldn't really be Fallout themed anymore, would it?
Though saying that, I have seen previous Fallout Engineer loadouts use the RoBro as a shoutout to ED-E, so you could have that alongside the Bill's and the Pip-Boy.
I would also recommend maybe the Prairie Heel Biters or a themed Flair! as the second misc.
Also, what's the relevance of the Bill's being Waterlogged? As I recall the NCR (or any of the other factions) didn't use any berets of that sorta colour, unless I'm forgetting something.
