Mutton Mann and the Brainiac Goggles. Almost no clipping, lots of Steampunkiness.
Either of the scarfs could also be used as an Aviator set.

For a lot of the criticism the Merc's Pride Scarf gets as a generic misc slot filler item, it actually fits well with several items such as the Familiar Fez.

If only there were more full weapon conversions like this and less half-assed "let's slap a color and some stripes on this weapon and call it pony themed."
I haven't tried it but I thought the barnstormer + wingstick + blueprints might look good as some sort of aviation inventor

Anyway my personal opinions. But as a rule of thumb for pony weapon mod go for Detail, subtlety, and theme before character refrences. Something that won't distract you is always best. It should look good under the games natural lighting as well as not look eye searing.

only good ones IMO are engi, sniper and spy, medic is alright too, but the christmas tree is weird looking and unfitting. even if it is christmas related, nobody wears christmas trees on their head, also the hard counter looks weird to me

So I got another loadout which I was quite proud of, I originally had it for Halloween though I liked it too much to get rid of it so, behold Spooky Spy!

I tried going with the second style of the Black Rose, but the glitched Blu team view model bothered me immensely, either way the first style fits the Party Phantom and the Ghastlierest quite well.
Though it's such a shame, the unused Blu skin for the second style looks great.
