Ooh. Toughie.
I'd try the Toothkickers with either of them and maybe the Veil or Doublecross with the Sniper. Maybe even the Champ Stamp. Or the Spyper. I might look into the King of Scotland Cape with the Demo, but I'm not too sure.
If you want to make sort of a dark turn with Demo or Soldier, I'd take a look at the Bonedolier.
As you may see, I'm really skeptical on my suggestions seeing as I've never worked with the Executioner, and it's a bit hard to get other misc to work with it.

Possibly getting the FL to match the Baker.
If you paint it a brownish color, you'd also get it to agree with the gloves and the Scout's pants.

Cartoonized it, basically making TF2, more TF2-ee.
It looks nice IMO and it isn't too much of a change from the original.
tf2 isn't supposed to have cartoony lighting it's supposed to have stylized lighting
