Liquor Locker is something I see as a thing which really is only there for value's sake, although that was when it first came out. It's likely plummeted since then, but I suppose it fits with the HOUWAR. Other than that is the strange festive grenade launcher, which ruins whatever Davy Jones-type them you've got going on by stringing it up with Christmas lights. And yes, the key on the Locker is a little side joke.

The color of the hat is not the same as the suit
The color of the hat's stripe is not the same yellow as the suit's. It's hinting more towards orange.
The color balance overall is bad, too much yellow on his upper body and none on his lower body.
The Hat and the suit don't go well together "theme-wise" as the suit represents authority while the hat represents charm (imo)
