You can always get around the restrictions with the loadout glitch.

I'm trying to think of a good hat to go with this combo besides Santa, Ol Geezer could be good except I'm sure it clips like hell, you could do a hair hat like a white Crafty hair, a Professor's Peculiarity, or a white Big Country. You could do Engineer's Cap, Hotrod, or Barnstormer as well for ones that don't clip as bad. Bill's or Ellis could be options as well.

It just doesnt make any sense wear the proffesors pinneaples, try to swap them for the ornament armaments

You can just as easily use the sfm modelviewer to make those loadouts yourself, barely takes any time
Unless you want paints tested, in that case you need to manually edit the vmt's

Can someone G-Mod up a Heros Hachimaki + Killer Kabuto together? I always thought the Hachimaki could possibly work as a misc depending on clipping.

It's not terrible, that's actually a very nice misc combo, my biggest problem with this loadout is the Distinctive Lack of Hue Pickelhaube, which is an awful paint choice for that hat. I'd recommend Waterlogged Labcoat, Value of Teamwork, or an Air of Debonair. Personally I don't really like light shades on the Pickelhaube, so I'd say either VoT or AoD, depending on whether you want the hat to be more subtle or more of a centerpiece, as painting it AoD will match it with his trousers, while VoT will match it with his pack. I'd pick AoD, but then again I'd pick a different hat for this misc combo anyway.
