I fucking love those loadouts. Especially the Scout. Only thing that bothers me is your Sniper. The combo Your Worst Nightmare + OI + Sir Hootsaloot doesn't really make sense.

Try go to servers there is many people which doesn't know it's price and will sell for cheap but may take a while to find one tho
