Seriously, the original workshop submission was painted white by default. So it was, you know, at least a bit visible. I really see no reason to make it useless without paint.

I very rarely see anyone wear unpainted Essential Accessories anymore.
But I think that both those and the spats look fine without paint.

Item loadouts look best when the hat and accessories are painted the same color, to keep a 'color theme' going on. If he wants to paint the shoes Zepheniah's Greed, then it'd be best that he do that for the hat, too.

I'm actually using the accessories for a placeholder until I get the Fast Learner. Normal color Winter style matches the Drab Tincure rim on my Jefe.
But this doesn't mean I'm going to sell my Essentials for it, and I might even consider repainting them or wipe it to use the normal color scheme.
I'm unsure on what to do with my Scout loadout, so I figured it would be a pretty good idea to get your opinions on what I should do:

I personally do not. It bugs me greatly that it's asymmetrical, it covers one ear more than the other.
Furthermore, the clipping is made all the more obvious due to the light colors of the bonk boy contrasting with the dark color of the tossle :(

Paint all items Drab Tincture rather than Abundance of Tinge.
Abundance of Tinge is more popular because it stands out more and it's more expensive, but if you want to actually look stylish rather than like someone who's a rich kid trying to get attention, Drab Tincture is the white color that most fits the characters original color scheme.
You wouldn't have to paint the fast learner though, as it's already basically the same color as Drab Tincture.

Deus Specs, but the Last Breath is currently glitched, and positioning with eyes related items is fucked up (so it will clip).
I love the Deus Specs for Engineer and Pyro.

I sort of came up with a Sniper loadout like that a few pages ago. I recently got the drably olive and tooth necklace to be able to actually use it. Unfortunately, I only use the loadout in Medieval mode, which means never, since Darwin's Danger Shield is sort of shit. I also use the Huntsman and Shahanshah, since the bonus damage activates at 75 Health, rather than at the normal 62 Health.
