BLU one isn't original at all but it looks good, RED one is gentlemanly and funny but I guess I kinda grew bored of it.
I am not going to wear the beard with TC because I think it looks horrible and it clips, I've been thinking to trade it for Fancy Dress, but that would mean the end of Gentleman Soldier...

but yeah, you're not going to be able to make a good full loadout with it, but not everything has to fit as a set.

Would a whiff of the old brimstone be better for demo? Also I used the scarf with the pyro because it's the closest thing TF2 has to a poncho, also the clipping is in one small spot so I find it easy to ignore. And for the teddie in game when there's proper lighting it doesn't stick out.
