I really love Dr's Dapper Topper. I don't know why everyone keep saying that it doesn't fits Soldier, colour scheme of it is just fine (Even Lime/Pink Dapper's looks better than Lime/Pink Anger or Tossle Cap). And it actually fits soldier, since he can be a fan of Dr. Seuss (See: Uber Update Day 3).

Sir if I had a spare VoT paint I would certainly give it to you. No flops deserve to go unpainted.
Depending on the color of the rest of your items, I'd say try out other paints, but I prefer VoT since the Blue fits perfectly, and while the Red is too dark, the white stripe on the flops and small size of them makes it less noticeable and imo the best looking TS paint.
