Disable 'save screenshots to steam' in the advanced options, load a replay, get to a desired location in it, pause the replay, type 'cl_drawhud 0' in the console, take a screenshot. It'd be a huge waste of time to link to the post.

Such as my frenchman Spy, noir detective Spy, cowboy Engineer, pirate Demo, gentleman Demo, kingpin Heavy, biker Heavy, hobo Soldier, badass general Soldier, superhero Scout, gestapo Medic, and mature Sniper.. come to think of it, Pyro is the only one I don't have a proper stereotype set with, aside from plausibly a fireman.

I'd say Pyro is perfect for making an Alien set. Or a hazard suit, with the new Hazmat.
I'm not sure if I want to build sets like this anymore or just collect a bunch of items and change it around occasionally.

I dislike making my characters look silly though, which is why Pyro is one of the classes I have a hardest time making good sets with because he has tons of over the top wacky and cartoony items. I do admit I like the Hazmat + green pinapple vial thingies though, since it makes him look like scientist with dangerous substance samples... However I hate both the brainslug and the alien swarm hat, and I personally don't think I want to swap out my vivid plasma Brigade helmet either way.

Yeah my spy is dressed to look like a detective, the glasses are there because I thought it made him look a bit like Adam Jensen.
I love my Frenchman loudout.
I have never seen anyone else with an identical loadout, and it fits his snobby part extremely well, especially the schadenfreude taunt :v:

To be honest I want a Beret just so I can pull off a hipster Spy of Beret + Mercs Pride + Col Roule. I was considering using the earbuds on it but it'd likely come off as 'lol trayder' with the scarf.
I like items that are subtle enough to not change how a class was originally supposed to look but are still visible and visually appealing (Procedure Mask, Stethoscope, hermes, express, corner, etc etc)
