That loadout looks really awesome, the Quad use to kind of annoy me because of how crazy huge the collar is and how the thing just attach to his arm but it's starting to grow on me.

If you want to go "in-character", so to speak, there's MANY different ideas:
The Down-Home Texan (stuff like the Ten Gallon, Half Pants, etc.)
The Charismatic Inventor (Atomic Accolade, Western Wear, etc.)
The Mad Scientist (Peculiarity, Braniac stuff, etc.)
The Cyborg (Gazer, Robot Chicken Hat, etc.)
Or you could go for something totally original.
Just get a bunch of items you like and toss them into one loadout, you might just catch lightning in a bottle.
