While I don't agree with most restrictions. That thing covers the head hitbox a great deal.

Because some Halloween items are unfitting as fuck all year but Halloween.
I think they should make some exceptions for things like the Einstein hair, Spy's goggles, Spy's scarf thingie, and Sniper's bullets... however all the things that turn the characters into monsters and/or covers their entire heads should definitely be restricted to halloween. I also wish more christmas items had holiday restrictions.
