I decided I'd pay the four scrap for reverse banking. So I went to the tab for it, pressed purchase subscription, waited some time and then did the trade with Scrappy. Know what happened? He stole the scrap! With a name like Little Scrappy I should've expected as much.

Looks like the bots are having trouble connecting to steam. I don't know if it's a problem on my end or a SteamRE problem. SteamRE does break sometimes with steam updates.
