The fact that the guy that whines constantly for autobalance when he's on the losing team runs his mouth constantly whenever he ends up on the stacked team, telling the other team to "l2p" from the bottom of his team's scoreboard. Well rustled jimmies indeed.
Played on a server where a kid would not shut the fuck up so I started a votemute and he got all pissy saying you cant do that to donators. Bitch I do what I please.
Played on a server where a kid would not shut the fuck up so I started a votemute and he got all pissy saying you cant do that to donators. Bitch I do what I please.
That reminds me. it's time for more Hale whining! I've been recently finding a bunch of servers that have whiny little kids in them. whats worse is that alot of the time said little kids are donators, so they get to do as they please.
Remember the guy I posted about Who Types Like This. He asked me if Vintage Fan of Wars came in crates, and then asked how much were they. I hate when I miss airshots because my target was killed by a teammate :(
I hate it when I miss airshots because I'm terrible
And I mentioned buying from store because he used to buy weapons from the store to sell them, smh.
I'm not sure if I should laugh or feel bad for him.
NO, I'M NOT BITTER, THANKS FOR ASKING.
I hate it when I miss airshots because I'm terrible
I hate it when I ignite an enemy, airblast him, shoot him once or twice with the Reserve Shooter while he's airborne, and he still manages to kill me and survive even if he didn't pick up any medkits
NO, I'M NOT BITTER, THANKS FOR ASKING.
What's your opinion on people that do that, but are in 1st place of there team, and by a big gap like 30 or so points.
What's your opinion on people that do that, but are in 1st place of there team, and by a big gap like 30 or so points.
It kind of depends. I don't really think points in general matter so much as completing game objectives and helping. I can get a lot of points sniping nothing but other snipers on 2fort but it doesn't mean I'm doing anything especially useful. But for argument's sake, even if a person is doing really good and is carriying the team, it's STILL extremely prickish and tacky to bark orders at and/or berate your teammates. I know what it's like to be the only guy making an effort/push, and I've senselessly died defending control points when everyone else was having a nose-picking contest, but when that happens I still try and be polite when making suggestions to my team. Either that, or I'll just change classes myself. Plus it's kind of annoying to see others get so visibly upset and angry over a game. When that happens they become a nuisance, and their lousy attitude just looks embarrassing in front of everyone else.
What's your opinion on people that do that, but are in 1st place of there team, and by a big gap like 30 or so points.
k/d ratio/points do not matter being able to intelligently aid your team does.
NO, I'M NOT BITTER, THANKS FOR ASKING.
Is that a raging boner? :v:
k/d ratio/points do not matter being able to intelligently aid your team does.
And you get points for doing so. Therefore someones score can reflect contribution. Someone sniping all day will almost never have as many points as someone assisting the team.
NO, I'M NOT BITTER, THANKS FOR ASKING.
see, this is why when I give advice, I don't start screaming and calling people faggots. It's all about the delivery: "WE NEED SOME ENGIES NOW" --> "Guys, we should get some sentries and stuff built up or they're totally gonna wreck our shit." "FUCK, SOMEONE GO MEDIC." --> "We need an Uber to make this push, can one of our *abundant class that isn't doing anything* go Medic and help us out?" (this has the added benefit of the possibility of a shit Spy or Sniper going Medic and contributing, thereby teaching them about how to be an asset to their team) "YOU'RE ALL FUCKING HORRIBLE." --> "Can we get a VoteScramble going?" (incase of steamroll) OR "Those sentries are kicking our asses, can someone go sap their shit?" (incase of clueless teammates) OR "We're getting our shit wrecked and we don't really need 4+ Spies/Snipers, could one of you guys go Medic or Engie or something?" (incase of stacked classes) A little courtesy goes a LONG way, I'm honestly suprised at how often it works. We could be getting Steamrolled with 3 fail Spies and 4 Tacticool Snipers, then I politely suggest that some of them go Medic or Heavy or Engie or something, and around half of them usually do it. [sp]Most of the time we still lose, but it's all about learning. Now there's a few more players who know that it takes more than Snipers and Spies to succeed.[/sp] [editline]19th April 2012[/editline]
And you get points for doing so. Therefore someones score can reflect contribution. Someone sniping all day will almost never have as many points as someone assisting the team.
I really wish Valve would buff the score gain on some things. You get half a point for an assist, 1 point for extinguishing a teammate, etc. Pyros should get more for destroying sappers and putting out fires, maybe have crit kills only give 1 point, etc. Just to make it more accurate to one's actual preformance. It's pretty disillusioning to be running around as a Spy, getting like 3 backstabs in one life, destroying an Engie nest, then checking the scoreboard to see that you're around the middle, just under the W+M1 Pyro and just above the Sniper with the loadout that doesn't really compliment the map. [editline]19th April 2012[/editline] Also, just remembered this one story... We had ONE Medic on the team. Guy was topping the board. Why? He sat in the spawn, healing EVERYONE. For the entirety of the match, he was healing nonstop. By being a waste of a server slot, this guy accumulated enough points to be listed as an MVP. I rarely rage at specific people, but when I do, they're doing intentionally doing something fucking stupid like this :v:
Here's something I really dislike and almost nobody (including comp scouts) knows of: If you've managed to flank the enemy, take a while and look for friendly spies - they can kill dangerous classes such as heavy, demo or soldier in one hit, you can't. Wait for your spy to finish his job since the odds are he will do more damage with his knife than you do with your fartgun. If you ignore your spy and start farting at a clusterfuck of enemies you won't do much damage, you will die, and blow spies' disguise.
Is that a raging boner? :v:
It's symbolic. The guy's a dick.

Being ready to backstab a line of unsuspecting enemies when the trigger happy scout shoots for piss weak damage from behind, unleashing a rage of fire, rockets and bullets in my direction.
I do ask for someone to go engineer or medic if we need them, assuming I'm busy with another important role (Usually im asking the scouts snipers and spies not actually doing anything, however.), but I always try to be respectful. IE "We don't need three snipers, guys. Could some of you go medic or engineer?" or "We could use a medic"
All-crit servers. It sounds like a good idea for some non-serious, zany fun, but in actuality so many things are so stupidly overpowered that it's nothing but frustration
g3t gud skub
How am I supposed to get good when I walk out of spawn and am instantly killed by a crocket, crossbow or Pomson?

enemies that ignore you while you kill them and try to run into the objective or they go around a corner and think you forgot about them put up a fight gibus shits
Heavy medic pairs that go out of their way to chase me, even when it means going in the complete opposite direction of where they were headed and ends with them dying instead of going for the intel or something priorities, jeez
Chief of Staff before Specialist. I will never be a good medic.
Medics that take out their syringe gun everytime an enemy approaches.
I can't blame them, getting kills with Medic weapons feel better than any other clas.
[t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-04-20_000011.jpg[/t] The enemy team had even more shit classes. I could shoot a rocket in any corner and two spies would get gibbed.
Medics that take out their syringe gun everytime an enemy approaches.
what thats a genuine tactic it's like, they actually do something clever.
