You know what makes me fun of those hoarders is fact, that I saw many of them on valve servers or the ones that there are many F2P. Also I heard one of them in voice chat. 10-13 year old kids are always annoying aren't they?

It's just terribly ugly. It may have some comedic value but I personally saw it as a "fuck you" to everybody who bought the game before it went f2p.

Yes, but the issue there is silhouette and key feature recognition. WW2 helmets are on soldiers and soldiers only, plus his generic silhouette and colour scheme means that slap a helmet on most classes and at a glance at a distance or head-level and you'll think it's rocket-toting death.
I'm using a mod that swaps PoP with Soldier's helmet for all classes and I was never even close to mistake some other class for Solly, besides, you rarely even see hatless Soldiers nowadays.

The update to the frying pan broke my heart. It was my absolute favourite weapon in TF2 and when I heard it was made all class I was overjoyed.
Then I saw how the classes held it. Became not-so-overjoyed.
Then I saw how the Demoman now holds it.

I follow three simple rules.
Rule #1: Never buy stuff once it comes out.
Rule #2: Never buy stuff that's irrelevant to your interests (currently I'm completing paper merc set and for that I need miscs involving paper)(pyro is complete)
Rule #3: Never buy new pyro miscs that are irrelevant to your interests since there are already enough pyro miscs to choose from.
When you're a spy and one of your teammates inadvertently gives you away.
This just happened to me while playing on ctf_turbine as the round had started. I was moving towards my teams' (RED) right towards the BLU spawn area. Through the gate comes two heavies, both guns spinning and aiming in the same direction towards our gate to spawn.
Would have been a very simple matter to backstab them if one of our scouts didn't come out of nowhere preforming acrobatics and brought the crossfire to my direction.

Oh my god this! Much worse is when your teammate shoot at you 9 times while you are fully cloaked just to show the enemy your location.
