This is what happens when the voting plugin is borked on a 24/7 (x) server and won't let us scramble even when both teams want to.
It was really quite boring.

I started playing again recently, and I wasn't bothered so much by the fact the Enforcer and Sandvich had been massively nerfed, but when I found out that Valve has actually given the Backburner a 10% damage increase I was a bit pissed. Thats [i]encouraging[/i] more newbies to turn into mindless, suicidal morons that rush at the enemy and flame everything in the vain hope of getting a single kill. Ok, 10% isn't a whole big deal, but just the presence of it is going to make W+M1 Pyro's feel more confident at attempting suicidal attacks. Thankfully the new Dr.Grodbort flamer isn't so widely used.

Also, every single time I have used the matchmaking system I have been put on either a Saigns.de or Nighteam server. It baffles me because this never used to happen- I'd always end up on a Valve server usually.

I had to rate Informative because I agree AND disagree.

I love the FaN. Underpowered as people say it is, I love fast bursts of damage, plus the Mobility's a plus.

Soda Popper still sucks because it rewards stupitidy.

I usually die, occasionally find myself alive with one hp in some random part of the map and ~1/50 times get a kill (only when playing soldier).

I make it a point to always as much as possible airblast burning team mates that I can see. With the backburner, I only airblast burning medics and team mates at critical health. I make it a habit to right click with impunity. I fondly remember leaving spawn to see a burning soldier with his equalizer running into spawn with 2 or so seconds left of life and putting him out. The after burn would have meant he'd die inches away from the locker but I saved him. He typed in chat to thank me for saving him.

To be a burning medic at critical health to see a pyro with pretty much a full tank of fuel in his backburner NOT airblast me, is just an injustice.

When trading, people who insist you buy their shit because its a close value to what your selling. When I'm selling something (or buying in general), I want it to be swift and quick, not spend 10 more mins selling all these other items you want me to accept.
