I like the Juggernaut thingie... however the other one doesn't really feel like it fits TF2. It looks to modern, it's way too overly detailed, and the textures feel dark and gritty.

I just remembered why I am not playing Medic much.
Thunder Mountain Stage 3, Attacking.
I decide to play Medic.
Suddenly everyone decent on our team leaves, and I am fed up with a bunch of idiots.
It begins with the only uber I get off, when our Pyro decides to counter thier Uber with airblasting the Medic, utterly fails, he runs away like a dork, while I am left to get mauled.
The rest of the team is too chickenshit to help me out.
After the first checkpoint, I am all alone for the next 6 minutes, trying to push the cart.
Nobody helps me, while I fend off a fullhealth Demo and Soldier all alone.
Meanwhile, I off a Engie and his Sentry by firing around a corner.
The rest of the team dies like lemmings by one minisentry on the top of the tower.
Yes, only one, and nobody was compentent enough to take it out.
Everybody did fuck all to push the damn cart.
After two dominations on my bottom, I finally get the cart on the way to the 2nd cap, still no fucking teammates helping me out, they are too busy to get fucked up by the same damn minisentry as before.

Since the Rocket Jumper got buffed, I've seen a lot more Soldiers go Rocket Jumper/Mantreads/Market Gardener.

Yeah, in serious play that loadout is pretty bad, though its a very fun loadout to use!

7 engineers, 6 sentries guarding point D on steel. Blue team was stupid enough to not attack E and go for D instead. The other sentry was at point E. Capped E, got kicked for "hacking". Fucking imbulsules.

It's useful, I rocket jump all the time. Mid-jump you can normally reload whatever rocket you used to jump if you're not hailing another barrage down on them, so it's all good in terms of rocket usage. Plus mobility. Lots of mobility.

If your team has a medic though, or if you know there's gonna be a medkit on the other side, the shotgun would still be much more useful.

On the other side of what? I tend to use rocket jumping to fire myself onto roofs or over enemies simply to fire rockets at them with no counter attack. You take minimal damage with the gunboats equipped and you can likely get a pot-shot at any enemy units cowering behind the ones that were previously ahead of you. Very useful for turning medics into a fine goop.

While we're at it, there's one flaw in my beloved bazooka:
You can't afford using any other secondary than gunboats. Since it's a close range weapon, you have to rocketjump a lot. And since it's a close range weapon, and you need to charge it, you have to be able to absorb a lot of damage. Gunboats help with both, as they make you take less damage from rocketjumps.
Concheror might be a nice alternative now that it's buffed, I'm not yet in possession of one though.

The Beggar's Bazooka and Concheror is one of the best loadouts for the Soldier. Tried it as soon as I got my hands on the Bazooka, and you are almost unstoppable (and you can add the fact that with the Beggar's Bazooka + Kritzkrieg is one of the best things that happened to me in a random round, steamrolled an entire team thanks to the kritz)
But back on topic:
I don't mind the Equalizer being split.
What I DO mind is the fact that the Escape Plan taunt is the Shovel one :[
Sometimes I forget that when I rocket jumped back where there are 3 Snipers PERFECTLY placed to kill in a single blast of the taunt kill, hit G, and then Soldier screams, jarate and bushwacka'd.
Let alone the fact that the taunt kill makes more sense due to the name "Escape Plan", as in "Here is my Escape Plan you piss throwing wank- *exlposion*" (Oh god that was so corny, I am sorry)

Oddest autobalance moment I've seen for myself so far is seeing a spy rushing me from the front, and all of a sudden plop down dead, but in a different hue than when he was alive.

Lots. If I'm on my usual map with a lot of spam, RJ'ing (or sticky) around is the only way to both get a kill and to push the point/cart as a Solly/Demo.

For me it usually goes "Teams will be autobalanced in 5 seconds" then everyone in my team dies within like 20~ seconds and nothing happens to them, but a few seconds after that some insanely ridiculous thing happens and I die and get autobalanced. Every single time.
Gotta love it when you get auto-balanced to the crappier team and push them towards victory though.
